Terms

The contract for an nodWrite account: your content, acceptable use, plans, and what the model output is.

Updated September 24, 2026

The agreement

These terms are the contract between you and Nodworks for nodWrite at nodwrite.com. Creating an account, or confirming the current version in the panel, is acceptance. The Privacy Notice and the KVKK disclosure describe the personal data. They are part of how the service is explained. They are not a second set of commercial promises.

If you use nodWrite for an organization, you confirm you can bind it. We may refuse an account, or leave it pending, before the panel opens.

The service

nodWrite generates and edits documents from what you submit, can check sources when that path is on, and exports a PDF when you ask. Quotas, concurrency, and features follow the plan on the account.

The model can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Output is a draft for you to read. It is not legal, medical, financial, or academic advice, and it is not a substitute for a source you were required to check yourself.

Accounts

You need an email you control. Email signup uses a one-time code. Google signup uses the verified Google email. Keep the credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on the account.

An invitation locks the new account to the invited email. We may suspend or close an account that is banned, rejected, or used in breach of these terms. Closing access does not by itself erase stored documents. Ask if you want deletion.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in what you submit. You give Nodworks a license to host it, process it, send it to the model provider that serves the account, and show it back to you, for as long as we store it, so the service can run.

The same license covers review of a document you have hidden, for generation quality. It does not give us the right to publish your document or to sell it. You can end storage by asking for deletion at info@nodwrite.com.

You confirm you have the rights you need to submit the prompt, the attachments, and the images. You will not submit content that the law forbids, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, bypass a quota, or share the account as a public gateway. Do not attempt to extract the system prompts or to use the service to break the law.

Do not present model output as a primary source, a citation you did not check, or a professional opinion from Nodworks. You are responsible for what you do with the document after it leaves nodWrite.

Model output

A generated document may resemble other text, may miss a source, or may state a fact that is wrong. Source-checked paths still need you to read the citations. Where the law gives you rights in output, those rights are yours, subject to the license you grant us to run the service and to the rights of third parties in the underlying material.

We do not promise that output is original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular submission, exam, or filing.

Plans and payment

A free or trial plan may be the default. Limits are shown in the product. Paid checkout stays closed until a plan is offered for sale and the price is shown before you pay. Until then, a “coming soon” plan is not an offer.

When you pay, the charge is in Turkish lira through İyzico. Card details are entered on İyzico’s page, not on nodWrite. A one-time purchase applies the plan or add-on described at checkout. A monthly subscription renews until you cancel it.

Cancelling a subscription stops it immediately. The account returns to the default plan. It does not stay on the paid plan until the end of a period already started. Taxes, if any, are included as İyzico and the price display them. We do not offer a self-serve refund API. A billing question goes to info@nodwrite.com.

Availability

The service depends on our servers, mail, and the model provider. It can be interrupted, rate-limited, or changed. Features can move between plans. We do not promise a particular model, a particular uptime, or that a draft in progress will finish if the provider fails.

A failed or cancelled job does not by itself create a claim for a specific document. Quotas that were refunded in the product are the refund.

Stopping

You can stop using nodWrite at any time. Ask us to delete the account if you want the stored documents and profile removed. Until that request is completed, hidden documents and backups may remain as described in the Privacy Notice.

We can suspend access for a breach of these terms, a risk to the service, or a membership decision. Where we can, we will say why at the account email.

Liability

The service is provided as it runs today. To the extent the law allows, Nodworks is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or a decision you take based on model output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including liability for intent or for a mandatory consumer right.

If a court finds a claim valid and the law allows a cap, the cap is the amount you paid Nodworks for nodWrite in the three months before the claim, or nothing if you paid nothing.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page and change the version date. A new version is put to you in the panel; until you confirm it you cannot start a new document, edit, upload or buy. If you do not want to confirm, you can sign out; your documents and account stay as they are, and you can still export your documents. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and ask for deletion. Mandatory rights you already have are not removed by a new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, a mandatory forum or right in your place of residence still applies. We do not name a specific courthouse on this page.
